Our friend Greg Hackenberg is a treasure trove of beer related knowledge; especially that connected to the British Isles. I wanted to make an Old Ale and couldn’t decide which yeast strain to use. I consulted Greg and voila!, he sent me a link to Google Maps which answered my question and then some.
